ML Series Progressive Cavity Metering and Dosing Pumps
The Liberty Process ML series of Low Flow Progressive Cavity Metering and Dosing Pumps from Liberty Process Equipment offers a high quality pump option for higher pressures at a very competitive price. The ML series is based on the very popular Liberty series of standard flanged progressive cavity pumps. The Pumps are available with standard ANSI suction flanges and with NPT female threaded discharge connections.
The ML series is available in a variety of stage lengths so you can tailor your pump to your exact needs in terms of flow and pressure. The ML series offers a cost effective option and is an ideal pumping solution for metering pump applications and offers several important advantages over other types of metering pumps.
The modular design of the ML Series of Progressive Cavity Metering and Dosing Pump is a hardened pinned-joint drive assembly with a body available in steel or stainless steel and internal wetted components in either stainless steel or hardened tool steel with hard chrome plating for long-life and durability in abrasive pumping applications. Other, non-contacting internal parts are made of carbon steel.
Rotors and Stators for the ML Series are available in 2, 3, and 6 stages representing 120, 150, 225, and 450 PSI discharge pressures with stators available in Buna Nitrile, Viton, EPDM and Natural Rubber. The standard seal design is a set of packing with a lantern ring and flush connectors. Mechanical Seal options are readily available.
