The Liberty Process Freedom 2FFL13 Series is your best choice for Sanitary Progressive Cavity Pump applications. Designed for food-grade installation,these pumps have been designed to handle fluids as thin as alcohol, spirits and soups to viscous icings, yeast and ice cream. The 2FFL13 series is an ideal solution for yeast transfer in the baking industry and comes with a 2" Tri-clamp connection standard.
The Liberty Freedom Series of Sanitary progressive Cavity Pumps offer several important advantages over other types of positive displacement sanitary food grade pumps like Rotary lobe Pumps. Liberty PC Pumps have only one (1) shaft seal to maintain and do not have complicated complicated timing gears. Liberty Freedom Series Pumps are designed for quick disassembly for cleaning and sterilizing by hand. No additional tools for cleaning are required.
Freedom Series pumps are made with highly polished 316 Stainless Steel wetted parts. Elastomers are offered in Sanitary Buna, EPDM and Fluoroelastomer. Stock pumps are fitted with a single mechanical seal. Pumps are equipped with Tri-Clamp Connections and a Clean-In-Place connection can be added. Hopper Feed pumps are also available for viscous material handling. Liberty also can manufacture the Freedom Series pump you purchase as a complete package including base, motor and any other requirements you may have per application.
